Function to fix nifti headers (if the qform44 and the pixdim get out of wack), since cbiWriteNifti will default to what the qform44 has as the pixdim and after running FSL you can get very strange results for the pixdim. It looks for mismatches in the qform44 and the pixdim and then gives the option to fix the headers, by copying from the original scan).
